Aid Stations
The 2009 HRMS Naperville Sprint Triathlon will offer both Water and Gatorade at several locations throughout the event: swim start, transition, run course, finish line and our post event party.

Medical
If you feel dizzy or nauseated during the bike or run, stop and look for the nearest police officer or race official. Race Management will have a medical tent at the finish line and ambulance units throughout the course.
